The public work

You may read and link to the public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Open Hand text, GoDazza identity, artwork and original films remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights. Brief quotation for review, discussion or lawful fair dealing should identify the work and author. Republishing substantial parts requires written permission.

The Circle

The founding Circle is for adults aged 18 and over and is invitation-led. An invitation may not be sold, published or transferred. Accounts are personal. Members must respect privacy, consent, lawful expression and the Community Principles.

No promise or professional advice

The site offers philosophical reflection and community discussion. It is not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic or emergency advice and does not promise healing, certainty or particular results.

Member contributions

Members retain ownership of their original contributions and grant GoDazza a limited licence to display and technically process them only to operate and protect the Circle. Members must have permission for material they upload.

Moderation

Content or access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for safety, law, privacy, security or the Community Principles. Decisions should be explained where safe and practicable, and an appeal route will be available.

Availability

The service may change or be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
